As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities: You support Supplier Management by coordinating and structuring key tasks and are responsible for designing and optimizing processes within the relevant DKV systems related to supplier managementYou create the framework for effective collaboration between different departments and business areasYou optimize cross-functional processes to increase efficiency and ensure quality, and you support users, for example through training sessionsYou implement, monitor, and document process-relevant application standardsYou act as a sub-project manager or project manager for various topics within Supplier ManagementYou contribute your experience in independently creating, analyzing, and using KPIs and statistics for different internal target groupsYou gather department-relevant information, analyze it professionally, and derive appropriate measuresYou support the introduction and further development of systems and tools within the department, take ownership of selected processes from development through execution, and work closely with key interfaces and stakeholders across the business What makes you stand out You have a university degree in Business Administration, Law, or a comparable qualificationYou bring a very high level of initiative as well as strong entrepreneurial, analytical, and strategic thinking skillsYou have empathy, present yourself confidently, and possess excellent communication skillsYou bring a high sense of responsibility combined with strong commitment, resilience, and flexibilityYou work independently, proactively, and in a goal-oriented mannerYou have strong presentation skills in both German and English We are looking forward to your application and to applicants who enrich our diverse culture!
