Key Responsibilities: ·Provides specialized administrative support in the development, implementation, and marketing of our two HR development programs ·Serves as a central point of contact between prospective employees, vendors, staff, other departments, and/or external constituencies on day-to-day operational, and administrative matters; assists with meetings, special projects, and/or general problem resolution ·Coordinates activities and administration of program objectives; this requires engaging internal and external stakeholders ·Monitors and administers program/project expenses; may develop or participate in the development of funding proposals for the program ·Writes, edits, and coordinates development of course catalogs, promotional materials, educational materials, training manuals, newsletters, and/or brochures, as appropriate to the program ·Maintains program/project records, researches information and gathers and computes various data; prepares special and/or one-time reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries, selecting relevant data from a variety of sources.

What makes you stand out You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.You have several years of experience in building, operating, or further developing data‑driven products—ideally in a sales, marketing, or customer service context.You have solid knowledge in designing and developing cloud‑based data products such as data warehouses, semantic layers, analytical models, and reporting and analytics solutions.You possess strong knowledge of data architectures, data engineering, data science, and data governance.You bring experience in leading interdisciplinary teams both functionally and disciplinarily—ideally including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Data Governance roles.You demonstrate strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills and the ability to prepare complex topics in a structured and understandable way.You communicate effectively and are able to bridge different target groups (business & tech).You work with strong execution and results orientation while ensuring high data quality.You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
What makes you stand out You have relevant professional experience operating complex, heterogeneous server infrastructures as well as application servers based on Microsoft Windows Server.You have very good knowledge of Microsoft server technologies such as Windows Server, Hyper‑V, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, and File Services.You are confident in using Windows PowerShell and apply it routinely for administration and automation.You have basic hands-on experience in operating hybrid infrastructures consisting of on‑premises, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud environments, as well as services such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, including their integration.You bring experience in working with external service providers and partners and are able to manage them in a structured manner.In addition, you work analytically, in a structured and independent way, and maintain an overview even in complex situations.You impress with strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a high level of responsibility.Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
