Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Validierung und Administration komplexer variabler Vergütungssysteme und Bonusmodelle. Du gehst sicher mit statistischen Methoden um und leitest daraus belastbare Potenzialanalysen sowie Markt- und Bestandssegmentierungen ab.
What makes you stand out You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, Controlling / Finance, or Industrial Engineering.Alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a strong analytical focus and additional qualifications (e.g., Certified Business Specialist, Controller training).You have completed training in pricing strategies and further developed your skills in data analysis, particularly in Excel and BI tools.You have experience working with ERP and pricing tools and possess solid knowledge in data analysis and reporting.You bring strong numerical and statistical competence, work with great attention to detail, and are skilled in error analysis.You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
