The Role: Working as part of the Patient Services and Administration team at TFP Oxford Fertility Clinic, this role focuses on delivering a first-class patient experience while providing high-quality customer care and efficient administrative support.
What makes you stand out You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Economics, Controlling / Finance, or Industrial Engineering.Alternatively, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a strong analytical focus and additional qualifications (e.g., Certified Business Specialist, Controller training).You have completed training in pricing strategies and further developed your skills in data analysis, particularly in Excel and BI tools.You have experience working with ERP and pricing tools and possess solid knowledge in data analysis and reporting.You bring strong numerical and statistical competence, work with great attention to detail, and are skilled in error analysis.You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
What makes you stand out You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. You bring solid knowledge of payment, card and transaction processing, or electronic payment systems.You have a strong technical understanding of payment system architectures, authorization systems, and interfaces to external service providers, and you have experience in analyzing, specifying, and implementing product requirements.
What makes you stand out You have relevant professional experience operating complex, heterogeneous server infrastructures as well as application servers based on Microsoft Windows Server.You have very good knowledge of Microsoft server technologies such as Windows Server, Hyper‑V, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policies, and File Services.You are confident in using Windows PowerShell and apply it routinely for administration and automation.You have basic hands-on experience in operating hybrid infrastructures consisting of on‑premises, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud environments, as well as services such as IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, including their integration.You bring experience in working with external service providers and partners and are able to manage them in a structured manner.In addition, you work analytically, in a structured and independent way, and maintain an overview even in complex situations.You impress with strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, and a high level of responsibility.Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
