YOUR SKILLS You have experience as a plant, operations or production manager in the manufacture of food products in an international environment, preferably with similar processes and technologies (grinding, milling, blending) Know-how in the optimisation of production processes or modern methods for improving them (LEAN, TPM) You own a background in food technology and preferably an additional qualification in business administration You are an integrative and communicative personality (German and English) with analytical and pragmatic skills who is open to international cooperation and can provide positive influence strategically and operationally THE OFFER This position gives you the opportunity to actively develop “your site” with a motivated team in close co-operation with the French parent company.
Responsibilities Manage product (includes services, systems and solutions) portfolio and life cycle in line with the segment and category strategy (product launches, price setting, value pricing, margin optimization, cost optimization, make-or-buy decisions, vendor management, promotions, harmonization, rationalization,...)Build application and product knowledge and propose changes to the product portfolioTrain and provide technical application, product and solution support to SalesUnderstand market trends, customer and stakeholder needs and capture the Voice Of the Customer, conduct competitor analysisBuild innovation pipeline and interface with IPD and Engineering for new developmentsTrack category performance and recommend corrective actions Requirements University degree in disciplines related to Engineering and/or Business Administration preferably.Experience in leading teams from remoteHigh Experience in assessing customer needs Knowledge and experience within a relevant B2B(2C) product and solutions industryKnowledge of electrofusion and/or mechanical joints are strong plusExperience working in complex, international and multi-stakeholder environment Fluent in English – German and French are nice to have Are you the one we are looking for?
