As a simulation coach, you will take on a teaching and mentoring role, delivering content primarily through practical training (simulations).
Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflows Coordinate office supplies, facilities, and external service providers Organize meetings, appointments, and internal coordination Support onboarding and offboarding processesPrepare documents, reports, and basic administrative recordsHandle correspondence and maintain structured filing systems Support HR-related administration (e.g. absence tracking, personnel data)Assist with invoice processing, expenses, and office-related budgets Das bringen Sie mit Qualification Checklist: Completed vocational training or preferably university-level degree in business administration or related fieldsExperience in office management or administrative roles Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and coordination skills Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, or HR administration Experience managing vendors and service providersFluency in English and German (written and spoken).
